Ciğeristan is located in Istanbul aksaray. Many people want to taste different kinds of flavors.Ciğeristan is one of them and it presents very delicious soup and lung. As we know, many people can not like to eat lung but Ciğeristan really prepares and serves very delicious lung food.



It is made with labm lung and it is very fresh and exquisite. I really do not like lung but I started to love lung after I was experiencing to eat lung in the Ciğersitan place.



Its service was very quality and it serves many foods besides the liver. You can eat your liver food with cold buttermilk and salad. I am sure that you love this place if you go there.



Its künefe dessert with cream is very delicious you should taste it after the eating lung. If you do not like your payments pay back to you.

Zurna Durum

When you read standard travel blogs you are usually meet with premium places with highly prices, where rarely preferred by natives. Conversely, I'm trying to share local tastes for my follower. Zurna Durum is one of these places. I know it seems a bit weird but you need to give it a chance.



Zurna Durum(wrap) is a type of wrap that prepared by tavuk. It's the longest wrap I've ever seen. Plus, the taste is a far amount good.

The wrap is consisting a special sauce that has yoghurt, so they are serving the wrap in a nylon bag.



Zurna means "shrill pipe", so I'm sure you get why it's called as Zurna.
